HANG takes foundational skills from acrobatic and artistic Gymnastics and turns them into key tools for life. Hanging is a precursor to pulling work, climbing, and advanced movement patterns. Hanging is also foundational to many adventure skillsets and sports where reacting to your environment is critical. Our two streams, RETURN and REFINE, have been tailored to meet you where you’re at.

RETURN:

If you are just starting out, foundational techniques matter. We will get you comfortable with ‘dead’ and ‘active’ bodyweight hangs, chin-up progressions, grip work and rings supports.

REFINE:

There are advanced skills which are difficult to learn and progress without guidance. REFINE opens the door to a different way of understanding hang movements, modelled on the holistic approach to skill acquisition used by elite athletes. We will cover advanced skills: rings and bar muscle ups, strict leg lifts, ring dips, L-sits, long-hang swings . You will gain access to the tools and expertise you need to bring High Performance into your daily training environment.
