BRACE provides a different way of understanding and effectively engaging your core, modelled on the holistic approach to skill acquisition used by elite athletes. We will cover strict technique, tools and approaches you can apply to any sport or activity to engage strength and power during dynamic movements and reduce risk of injury.
Our approach to core is so different that we only offer one stream. Regardless of if you are just starting out, or have ground out hanging leg-lifts for years, BRACE is for you.
